Rez food off the rez is luxury! Moosemeat stew, greasy bannock, and pop loaded with sugar may be a recipe for diabetes, but everything in moderation right? Here at Kookum's Bannock Shack we've formulated the food specifically to remind you of yester-year when you lived on the rez and spent all day getting into trouble with the cuzzins, only to come home to Kookum's to find a table full of rez gourmet.

The Restaurant

Kookum's Bannock Shack takes its inspiration from Celina's Grandmother who has been bannocking it up since the dawn of time. Other people's Kookum's think that their recipe is the best one, but Clara's bannock reigns supreme! All those other Kookum's are good, but my thought on their bannock is "Eeerrrr Ever Sick!"
